摘要
在回顾针灸与脑电图的相关研究以及围绝经期综合征的脑神经机制及脑电信息研究的基础上,认为利用脑电图技术可对围绝经期综合征患者进行非侵入性的全脑时空定位和定量分析,从而对围绝经期综合征的发病机制及针灸的临床疗效进行研究和评估;有望借助脑电图技术的优势,利用脑电非线性动力学手段观察针灸对该病脑电信号的影响,从脑功能网络调控的角度探讨针灸治疗围绝经期综合征的作用机制,并探索评价针灸效应的客观指标,促进中西并重,传承中医药发展。
By studying the relevant researches on acupuncture and EEG technology of peri-menopausal syndrome,this study put forward that EEG could not only detect the localization of spatial and temporal,but also finish quantitative analysis of the whole brain non-invasively.Based on this method,it aimed to figure out the mechanism of acupuncture treatment and evaluate the efficacy of it.The nonlinear dynamic analysis of EEG was used to observe the influence of the EEG signal changes when treating this disease by acupuncture.The brain function regulation network that related to acupuncture treatment was tried to get from the perspective of neuroelectric physiology and to search out the objective indexes of acupuncture treating perimenopausal syndrome.
