五脏俞埋线结合耳穴压豆对围绝经期抑郁状态的影响

Effect of Five-Zang Acupoints Catgut Embedding Combined with Auricular Pressure in Treating Perimenopausal Depression

目的:观察五脏俞埋线结合耳穴压豆对围绝经期抑郁状态患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量的影响。方法:将76例围绝经期抑郁状态患者随机分为观察组(采用五脏俞埋线结合耳穴压豆治疗)及对照组(口服氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片),各38例,观察治疗后两组患者Kupper man、SDS、HAMD评分及5-HT的改善情况。结果:治疗后观察组Kupper man、SDS、HAMD评分均较对照组明显下降(均P<0.05),血清5-HT的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效率(94.70%)优于对照组(73.70%)(P<0.05)。结论:五脏俞埋线结合耳穴压豆能明显改善围绝经期患者的抑郁状态,值得推广应用。

Objective:To observe the effects of five-zang acupoints catgut embedding combined with auricular pressure on the scores of Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),and the level of serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in patients with perimenopausal depression.Methods:76 patients with perimenopausal depression were randomly divided into the observation group(n=38)and the control group(n=38).The treatment group was treated with five-zang acupoints catgut embedding combined with auricular pressure.The control group was treated with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets.The scores of Kupper man,SDS and HAMD,as well as the level of serum 5-HT were observed after the treatment in the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the scores of Kupper man,SDS and HAMD were significantly lowered in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of serum 5-HT were significant in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 94.70%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 73.70%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Five-zang acupoint catgut embedding combined with auricular pressure can significantly improve the depressive state of the patients with perimenopausal depression,which is worthy of application and promotion.
