肌间沟电针联合针刀松解颈周腧穴治疗交感神经性颈椎病的疗效及对血流速度影响

Effect of Interscalene Electro-Acupuncture Combined with Acupotomy Loosening Cervical Acupoints in Treating Sympathetic Cervical Spondylosis and Its Influence to Blood Flow Velocity

目的:探讨肌间沟电针联合针刀松解颈周腧穴治疗交感神经性颈椎病的疗效及对血流速度的影响。方法:选取我院收治的交感神经性颈椎病患者200例,采用随机方法分为两组,各100例,对照组给予针刀松解颈周腧穴治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予肌间沟电针疗法,对比治疗后的临床疗效、临床症状评分、颈椎曲度值、生活质量评分和椎动脉血流指标。结果:经过治疗后,治疗组总有效率较高(P<0.05);两组患者临床症状评分显著降低,颈椎曲度值显著升高(P<0.05);且治疗组改善程度较大(P<0.05),治疗后3个月临床症状评分和颈椎曲度值改善程度大于治疗后(P<0.05);两组患者情感功能、生理功能和社会功能评分显著升高(P<0.05);且治疗组评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后椎动脉血流ED、PS、FV水平显著升高(P<0.05);且治疗组升高程度较大(P<0.05)。结论:采用肌间沟电针联合针刀松解颈周腧穴治疗交感神经性颈椎病具有较好临床疗效,能够改善椎动脉血流指标,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of interscalene electro-acupuncture combined with acupotomy loosening cervical acupoints in the treatment of sympathetic nerve cervical spondylosis and its influence to blood flow velocity.Methods:200 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group(n=100)and the treatment group(n=100).The control group was treated with acupotomy to loosen the acupoints around the neck;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with interscalene electro-acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom scores,cervical curvature value,scores of QOL and indexes of vertebral artery blood flow were compared after the treatment between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Clinical symptom scores were significantly reduced and cervical curvature value were significantly increased in the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05);of which,the improvements in the treatment group were more significant(P<0.05);also the improvements degree of clinical symptom scores and cervical curvature value 3 months after the treatment were greater than those after the treatment(P<0.05).Scores of emotional function,physiological function and social function were significantly increased in the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05);of which the scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of ED,PS and FV in vertebral artery blood flow were significantly increased in the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05);of which the increases in the treatment group were more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interscalene electro-acupuncture combined with acupotomy loosening cervical acupoints has good therapeutic effect on sympathetic nerve cervical spondylosis,it can improve blood flow indexes of vertebral artery in patients.The therapy is worthy of clinical application.
