美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure

目的分析美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月我院收治的150例冠心病心力衰竭患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组75例。两组均行常规内科综合治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予美托洛尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合曲美他嗪治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果、各项心功能指标水平改善情况和不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者在治疗后临床总有效率高于对照组,各项心功能指标水平改善情况优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组治疗后不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冠心病心力衰竭患者给予美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪进行治疗,治疗效果理想,可改善患者心功能,且用药安全性高,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure.Methods A total of 150 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study.All patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,75 cases in each group.The patients in both groups underwent routine internal medicine treatment.The control group was treated with metoprolol on the basis of routine treatment.The observation group was treated with trimetazidine on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,improvement of various cardiac function indicators and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical total efficiency of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment.And the improvement of various cardiac function indicators was better than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of metoprolol and trimetazidine in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure has an ideal therapeutic effect,which can improve the heart function of patients,with high medication safety.It is worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
