摘要
文章介绍了稀土钢冶炼时各工序的控制情况,试验结果表明当钢中氧、硫含量极低时,稀土仍有一定的脱氧、脱硫作用,钢中夹杂物以尺寸为3~5μm的细小稀土氧硫化物为主。浇注过程中水口堵塞严重,堵塞物以冷钢为主,通过对水口堵塞机理的分析提出了提高钢水和稀土合金洁净度、提高浇注温度、开发新型水口等措施来解决稀土钢浇注水口堵塞的问题。
In the paper,the control for each process of smelting rare earth is introduced.The test results showed that the rare earth was still with deoxygenation and desulfuration when the contents of oxygen and sulfur in steel were ultra low as well as the inclusions in steel were mainly tiny rare earth oxysulfides with the size of 3~5μm.There is serious nozzle clogging during pouring process and the blockage is mainly cold steel.Such measures as improving the cleanness of molten steel and rare earth alloy,increasing pouring temperature and developing new-type nozzle are proposed by analyzing the mechanism of nozzle clogging to solve the problem of pouring nozzle clogging for rare earth steel.
