摘要
文章利用蔡司显微镜和XRD等设备分析稀土Ce对1.5%Si无取向电工钢成品金相组织、织构和磁性能的作用,结果表明:加入稀土87×10^-6的铈后成品金相组织的平均晶粒尺寸增加,成品板中对磁性能有害的{111}和{110}<001>织构密度减弱,平均铁损值P 15/50降低0.102 W/kg,磁极化强度B 50基本保持不变。
The functions of rare earth Ce on metallographic structure,texture and magnetic properties of finished products of non-oriented electrical steel with 1.5%Si were analyzed with such equipment as the Zeiss microscope and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results showed that the average grain size of metallographic structure of finished products increased after add 87×10^-6 Ce,the density of such textures as{111}and{110}<001>in finished products harmful to magnetic properties decreased as well as the average iron loss value P 15/50 decreased by 0.102 W/kg and the magnetic polarization intensity B 50 kept constant.
