摘要
通过对钢液中Ce及其化合物的标准生产吉布斯自由能绝对值的对比,获得Ce加入到钢液后的稳定化合物类型及其变化规律;阐述了采用KR+BOF+LF+RH+CCM工艺路线生产稀土钢时,未加入稀土炉次与加入稀土Ce炉次,稀土含量在钢液中的变化情况及其对钢液中w[S]、钢水洁净度的影响。
In the paper,it is introduced the types and change rules of stable compound after add Ce into the liquid steel are obtained by comparing the absolute values of gibbs free energy for the standard production of Ce and its compounds in liquid steel;it is elaborated the changing situations of rare earth content in liquid steel as well as its effect on w[S]in liquid steel and cleanliness of liquid steel for the heats without adding rare earth and with adding rare earth Ce when producing rare earth steel with the KR+BOF+LF+RH+CCM process route.
