摘要
文章研究了钢铁及合金等试样的溶解方法,采用盐酸、硝酸溶解样品,在最佳化的ICP-MS仪器条件下,选择待测元素灵敏度高、干扰少的谱线为分析线,校准曲线采用了基体匹配消除基体效应影响,实现了采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定钢铁及合金中镧、铈、镨、钕、钐元素含量。
In the paper,the dissolution methods of such samples as steel and alloy are studied.Dissolve the samples with hydrochloric acid and nitric acid as well as the optimum instrument conditions of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrum(ICP-MS),select the spectral lines of elements to be tested with high sensitivity and fewer interferences as the analytical lines.The matrix matching is used to eliminate the influences of matrix effect in calibration curve so that the contents of lanthanum,cerium,praseodymium,neodymium and samarium in steel and alloys can be determined with the inductively coupled plasma source mass spectrometer.
