包钢稀土钢标准体系的研究与构建

Study and Establishment for Standard System of Rare Earth Steel of Baotou Steel

文章介绍了包钢稀土钢标准体系的构建过程。通过对国家钢标准体系建设及包钢稀土钢产品研发、生产、销售及标准化情况的梳理与研究,确定包钢稀土钢标准体系构建的原则与框架,开展相关标准化活动;组织制定稀土钢产品系列标准、稀土钢基础通用标准,在此基础上组织相关稀土钢产品标准申报地方标准、团体标准、行业标准及国家标准,编制稀土钢标准体系构建报告及标准体系表,完成包钢稀土钢标准体系的构建。

In the paper,it is introduced the process of establishing the standard system of rare earth steel of Baotou Steel.Its principles and framework are determined,the relative standardization activities are carried out as well as the series of standards of rare earth steel products and basic universal standard of rare earth steel are organized to be formulated by summarizing and studying the construction of national steel standard system as well as the R&D,productions,sales and standardization of rare earth steel of Baotou Steel.On this basis,organize to declare the provincial standards,group standards,professional standards and national standards for related rare earth steel product standards,establish the build report and standard system program of rare earth steel standard system and complete the establishment of standard system of rare earth steel of Baotou Steel.
