With the development of the world economy,oil and gas are increasingly important as important strategic resources.Since the beginning of the 21st century,major foreign multinational oil companies have greatly improved their overall scale,operational capabilities and global competitiveness and expanded the market share through mergers,acquisitions and asset restructuring.At the same time,China's oil supply and demand contradictions are increasing,and foreign oil and gas dependence is increasing.The implementation of international capital operation strategies by Chinese oil companies is an inevitable choice to ensure national oil security and even national economic security.
