公司融资渠道选择的影响因素研究

本研究以HC公司为具体研究对象,探讨公司面临的融资渠道选择问题,指出当前公司融资渠道选择方面存在的问题以及触发问题可能的原因;紧接着,采用文献调研法和专家访谈法捕获融资渠道选择影响因素,并采用德尔菲法筛选融资渠道选择的影响因素,同时采用粗糙层次分析法确定渠道选择影响权重,确定了影响公司融资的关键因素;最后,针对HC公司在融资渠道存在的问题,结合融资渠道选择的关键影响因素,有针对性的提出相应的优化策略。

This study takes HC companies as the specific research object,explores the financing channel selection problems faced by the company,and points out the problems in the current financing channel selection of the company and the possible reasons for triggering the problems.Then,it uses the literature survey method and expert interview method to capture influencing factors for financing channel selection,and uses Delphi method to screen influencing factors for financing channel selection.At the same time,the rough hierarchy analysis method is used to determine the channel selection influence weight,and the key factors affecting the company's financing are determined.Finally,for the problem,combined with the key influencing factors of financing channel selection,corresponding optimization strategies are proposed.
