摘要
建筑泥浆现行的带式过滤设备存在着效率低下、成本过高等系列问题,为符合国家对建筑泥浆污染防治环保要求,本课题以重型建筑泥浆脱水机为研究对象,研究泥浆性质与脱水设备之间的相关性,依据化学、物理、机械压榨等性能并分析它们之间的相关性,确定了建筑泥浆脱水机的关键性质,结果表明,在重力脱水阶段脱水越好,压榨阶段脱水性能越好,反之越差,根据结果设计出一种辅助脱水机脱水的机械结构,实验表明设计结构对脱水有一定的帮助作用。
The current belt filter equipment of construction mud has a series of problems,such as low efficiency and high cost.In order to meet the national environmental protection requirements for the prevention and control of construction mud pollution,in this paper,the heavy-duty construction mud dehydrator is taken as the research object to study the correlation between the mud properties and the dehydrating equipment.According to the chemical,physical and mechanical properties and the analysis of the correlation between them,the key properties of the construction mud dehydrator are determined.The results show that the better the dewatering is in the gravity dewatering stage,the better the dewatering performance is in the squeezing stage,and vice versa.The experiment shows that the designed structure is helpful to dewatering.
