Design of Precast Pre-tensioned Standard T Beam Bridge

在美国和英国,预制标准先张梁桥通过利于工业化生产的标准化设计使桥梁能够安全承担交通荷载,耐久性较好,建设和维护成本低。基于美国和英国桥梁建设经验,本文在组合截面和预制梁体部分讨论了梁体标准化的问题;还讨论了适合于先张梁特点的T梁梁体设计;施工部分讨论了预制先张T梁的预制、运输和安装问题。

In the USA and the UK,precast pre-tensioned bridges have performed satisfactorily in carrying the traffic,exhibited high durability characteristics and their whole live costing is competitive because of the standardization which lead the beams to be fabricated easily in factories.Based on the bridge building experience in the USA and the UK,this article studies how to standardize the precast T beam and how to design precast pre-tensioned T beam.Some problems about T beam fabrication,transportation and erection also are discussed.
