摘要
数字化、智能化技术近年来不断取得发展,并广泛应用于制造行业,解决了原本靠人工进行的识别、分类、测量及计算等过程,大大提高了生产制造过程的精确度和效率。本文以某种玻璃安装为例,提出了基于RFID智能传感的三维检测及分析的数据采集处理技术的应用,通过对数据的分析与处理可虚拟验证和指导实际施工,提高制造的效率,保证制造质量。
In recent years,the digital and intelligent technology have made continuous development,and are widely used in manufacturing industry.They solved the identification,classification,measurement and calculation processes that originally rely on human,greatly improved the accuracy and efficiency of the production and manufacturing process.Taking a glass installation as an example,this paper puts forward the application of data acquisition and processing technology based on RFID intelligent sensing for three-dimensional detection and analysis.Through the analysis and processing of data,it can virtual verify and guide the actual construction,improve the manufacturing efficiency and ensure the manufacturing quality.
