摘要
针对高压配电网运行特点,分析了电网横向转供能力和纵向转供能力。根据高压配电网规划需兼顾供电可靠性和协调规划的特点,提出了通过新建110kV输电线路增强电网横向转供能力,并通过新建220kV变电站主变增强电网纵向转供能力的网架两阶段规划模型,设计了适用于两阶段规划模型求解的优化遗传算法,算法的编码过程兼顾了220kV和110kV变电站之间的合理分区。工程实例应用的结果验证了所建立模型的合理性和规划方案的经济性。
The characteristics of the high voltage distribution network are discussed and the importance on the longitudinal and horizontal load transfer capacity are described.According to the characteristics of the planning of high voltage distribution network considering power reliability and coordination,the two-phase model of network planning is established,in which the horizontal load transfer capacity is enhanced by building 110 kV transmission lines and the longitudinal load transfer capacity is enhanced by expanding 220 kV transformer.And the optimal genetic algorithm is developed to solve the model considering partition mode between 220 kV and 110 kV substation.A empirical example has shown that the proposed model can achieve more reasonable and the planning programme is more economical.
