微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛的临床观察

Clinical treatment and complication of microvascular decompression in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia

目的探讨微血管减压术对三叉神经痛的治疗效果及其并发症发生情况。方法回顾性分析2014-08-2016-08在新乡医学院第一附属医院住院治疗的原发性三叉神经痛患者的临床资料,根据其治疗方式分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予三叉神经撕脱术治疗,观察组给予微血管减压术治疗。观察2组患者的治疗效果、VAS得分、生活质量和并发症发生率的差别。结果 3个月后观察组有效率为95.24%,明显高于对照组,观察组复发率4.76%,低于对照组;2组治疗前VAS得分无差别,治疗后观察组VAS得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者治疗前生活质量得分明显差异,术后1个月观察组生活质量得分明显高于对照组;观察组患者头痛、听觉障碍、面部感觉障碍发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微血管减压术对三叉神经痛有较好的治疗效果,可明显改善患者症状,提高患者生活质量,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and complications of microvascular decompression for trigeminal neuralgia.Methods The clinical data of patients with trigeminal neuralgia treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment methods were divided into control group and observation group,the control group was treated by avulsion of trigeminal nerve,the observation group was treated with microvascular decompression.Observed the treatment effect of two groups of patients,compared the two groups before and after the treatment of VAS score,quality of life and the incidence of complications.Results Three months after treatment,the treatment efficiency of observation group was 95.24%,significantly higher than the control group,the recurrence rate was 4.76%,which was lower than that of the control group.There was no difference between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment.After January,the quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group;The rate of headache hearing disturbance,vomiting,facial sensory disturbance in the observation group were was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Microvascular decompression for trigeminal neuralgia has a good therapeutic effect,can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients with clinical application value.
