姜黄素对β淀粉样蛋白作用的相关研究 被引量:1

摘要 β淀粉样蛋白作为机体产物,其带来的生理、病理作用不容小觑,而天然提取物姜黄素恰巧能够抑制其产生、积聚及控制其给神经细胞带来的危害。姜黄素自从提取并问世以来,药理作用方面的研究也在不断进展,其具有抗炎、肿瘤防治、抗氧化等作用,能够抑制β淀粉样蛋白生成,并防止β淀粉样蛋白聚集、沉积,减少β淀粉样蛋白对神经细胞的损害。由此,本文将从姜黄素对于β淀粉样蛋白的作用进行综述。 As a product of organism,the physiological and pathological effects of amyloid beta can not be underestimated.Curcumin,a natural extract,can inhibit its production,accumulation and control the harm it brings to nerve cells.Since the extraction and publication of curcumin,the research on its pharmacological effects has been progressing.Curcumin has anti-inflammatory,anti-cancer,anti-oxidation and other effects.It can inhibit the production of beta-amyloid protein,prevent the accumulation and deposition of beta-amyloid protein,and reduce the damage of beta-amyloid protein to nerve cells.Therefore,this article will review the effect of curcumin on beta-amyloid protein.
