6S管理在我国企业管理中的现状分析

Analysis of the Status Quo of 6S Management in China’s Enterprise Management

在对6S管理方法内涵探讨的基础上,阐述了6S管理的实质和核心;从我国企业推行6S管理的现状出发,分析了当前我国企业在推行6S管理中存在的问题,并提出了推行6S管理的建议,以期6S管理能在我国企业管理中发挥出更大的价值。

Based on the discussion of the connotation of 6S management method,this paper expounds the essence and core of 6S management,analyzes the problems existing in 6S management in China’s enterprises at present,and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of 6S management,so that 6S management can play a greater role in China’s enterprise management.
