摘要 在双创和产教融合背景下,本文以硅湖职业技术学院为例分析了物流管理专业实践教学体系建设的背景、改革的动因,总结出从高职学分制、评价奖励机制、双师教师培养、激发学生兴趣4个方面进行物流管理专业实践教学体系建设的一些具体措施和方法,以期为高职物流管理专业实践教学提供参考。 Under the background of the integration of mass entrepreneurship and education,this paper analyzes the background of the construction of practical teaching system of logistics management specialty and the motivation of the reform,and summarizes some specific measures and methods for the construction of practical teaching system of logistics management from four aspects:credit system,evaluation and reward mechanism,dual teacher training,and stimulating students’interest,in order to provide reference for practical teaching of logistics management in higher vocational education.
