乡村振兴视域下农村基层治理困境与优化路径

The Predicament and Optimization Path of Rural Grassroots Governance Under the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

改革开放以来,我国城镇化进程明显加快,农村也发生了惊人的变化,以往的农村基层管理理念与措施已不再适合发展的要求。为了解决当前农村发展面临的一系列问题,实现乡村振兴,国家提出了乡村振兴战略,并且该战略得到扎实推进,层层落实。然而,当前农村基层治理方面还存在制度不完善、组织弱化、治理不健全的问题。基于此,本文结合农村基层治理存在的困境,给出农村基层治理的优化措施。

Since the reform and opening up,the process of urbanization construction in China has accelerated markedly,and the rural areas have undergone amazing changes.The previous management concepts and measures are no longer suitable for the requirements of rural development.In order to solve a series of problems facing the current rural areas and realize rural revitalization,the state has proposed a series of rural revitalization strategies,and the strategy has been solidly promoted in rural areas and implemented at various levels.However,there are still some problems in the current rural grassroots governance,such as imperfect systems,weak organizations,and unsound governance.Based on this,this paper combines the predicament of rural grassroots governance to give optimization measures for rural grassroots governance.
