摘要
为了改善当前的医疗信息系统项目建设中存在的问题,笔者在实际工作中总结并建立了甲方项目经理制度,从甲方政策的支持及授权、甲方项目经理的选用及培养、对项目应秉持的态度、工作内容及工作方向等方面详细阐述了甲方项目经理制度,并指出了建立并实施该制度的意义。
In order to improve the existing problems in the construction of the current medical information system project,the author summarizes and establishes the Party A project manager system in practical work,and expounds the Party A project manager system in detail from the support and authorization of Party A’s policies,the selection and cultivation of Party A project manager,the attitude to the project,the work content and the work direction.The significance of establishing and implementing the system is pointed out.
