摘要 高等教育强国建设是一个多重机制协同互动的系统工程,高等教育公平在其中发挥根本而独特的功用,是高等教育强国建设的典型标志、有力工具与重要内容。运用"理想类型"与"坐标系"的方法论,我们可以构建出以平等原则、差异原则和自由原则为空间向度的X轴,以起点公平、过程公平和结果公平为时间节点的Y轴,从而形成一个高等教育公平坐标系,亦即"九宫格"分析框架。落实到实践层面,高等教育强国建设需要确立特定的"公平群体"、识别重大的"公平问题"及警惕现实的"公平悖论"。唯有如此,高等教育强国建设方能行稳致远,实现人人向往、人人参与及人人共享的高等教育"中国梦"。 It is the common expectation for our academic and practical circles to be a powerful country in higher education in China. The construction of a powerful country in higher education is a systematic project with multiple mechanisms,in which the fair of higher education plays a fundamental and unique role,which are the typical symbol,powerful tool and important content of the construction of a powerful country in higher education. Using the methodology of"ideal type"and"coordinate system",we can build up the X-axis including equality principle,difference principle and freedom principle,and Y-axis which includes the equity of educational starting point,education process and education result,thus forming a fair coordinate system in higher education,namely "scratchable latex"analysis framework. In practice,it is necessary to establish specific "fair groups",identify major "fair problems"and guard against the "fair paradox". Only in this way,can we build a powerful country in higher education and realize the "China dream"of higher education that everyone yearned for,participated in and is shared by all.
