中俄关系70年,既积累了许多值得总结的经验,也有特别值得汲取的沉痛教训,但睦邻友好是主流。2019年中俄关系进入新时代,发展前景一片光明。中俄关系70年具有盟国关系、对抗关系和伙伴关系三种关系性质,和同盟、论战泛化、战略冲突、关系正常化和伙伴关系五种模式。《中苏友好同盟互助条约》和《中俄睦邻友好合作条约》具有重要的历史价值和现实意义。边界问题彻底解决是中俄关系70年的重要成果。中俄关系与国际环境的正向和负向影响是值得关注的研究课题,应避免两国关系出现巨大波动和摇摆,保持两国关系的平稳发展和递进。

In the past 70 years,Sino-Russian relations accumulated many experience worthy of summing-up,and also some lessens need to learn,but the mainstream was good.In 2019,the Relationship enters into a new era,the developing prospect is bright.China-Russia 70 years' relations includes three types of relationship—allies,confrontation and partnership,and five models—allies,general argument,strategic conflict,normalization,partnership.“Sino-Soviet Treaty of Friendship,Alliance and Mutual Assistance”and“Sino-Russian Good-Neighborly Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation”have important historic value and realistic meaning.The complete solution of border issues was an important fruit of Sino-Russian 70 years' relations.The positive and negative interaction between Sino-Russian relationship and international environment are researching subjects worthy of attention.huge fluctuation and swing should be avoided and the stable development and progress in the two countries' relationship should be kept.
