肿瘤微环境及基于微环境的肿瘤治疗策略研究的若干新进展

Research progress in several new therapeutic strategies based on tumor microenvironment

不同肿瘤以及肿瘤发展的不同阶段对应不同的肿瘤微环境,特定的肿瘤微环境在肿瘤的发生发展过程中起着非常重要的作用。因此,在确定治疗策略时应充分考虑不同肿瘤微环境的影响。本文就近年来肿瘤微环境及基于肿瘤微环境的肿瘤治疗策略的相关研究及最新进展加以综述,重点论述了与细胞外基质、血管生成、巨噬细胞、纤维母细胞、淋巴细胞等肿瘤微环境因素相关的治疗策略,为临床实践及进一步开展相关研究提供参考。

Tumorigenesis is a complex dynamic process involving different tumor microenvironments in various tumor tissues,and the microenvironment mediate many important biological functions in tumor progress.For the sake of designing strategies for enhanced anticancer therapy,it is necessary to consider the different influences of various microenvironments.In this paper,the role of the tumor microenvironments during tumorigenesis and the treatment strategies are reviewed respectively.The main influences of microenvironment factors are summarized especially in extracellular matrix,angiogenesis,macrophages,fibroblasts and lymphocyte cells of the tumor microenvironment.These may provide much inspiration for the combined treatment of tumor.
