摘要 以沪通长江大桥主航道桥钢锚梁施工为背景,重点介绍了三桁集成式重型钢锚梁制造、安装成套施工技术。该钢锚梁具有结构新、质量大、制造安装精度要求高的特点。通过采用工厂内胎架制作、半长线法厂内立式预拼、浮吊+承台上滑移系统+大型塔吊相结合的吊装系统、首节钢锚梁三向精确调整定位系统、后续节段匹配安装等施工方法,解决了钢锚梁制造精度、起吊安装、精确定位的技术难题。 Based on the construction of the steel anchor girder of the main channel bridge of Shanghai-Nantong Yangtze River Bridge,the complete set of construction technologies for manufacturing and installing the three trusses integrated heavy steel anchor girder were mainly introduced. The steel anchor girder has the characteristics of new structure,large weight and high requirements for manufacturing and installing precision. The technical problems of manufacturing precision,lifting installation and accurate positioning of the steel anchor girder were solved by adopting the construction methods,such as manufacturing of inner tube frame in the factory,vertical pre-assembly in the factory by semi-long line method,floating crane + platform sliding system + large tower crane combination hoisting system,three-direction accurate adjustment and positioning system of the first steel anchor girder,and matching installation of subsequent segments.
