摘要
以武汉市常青路主线高架桥工程主桥施工为例,介绍了极不平衡桥梁转体设计与施工方案。结合常规转体施工方法分析了极不平衡桥梁转体施工存在的特殊问题--球铰顶部梁体的弹性转角的确定,并根据结构分析模型,以及梁体、球铰转动的几何关系,偏安全地推导出了上球铰中心孔壁与销轴间距和上下球铰间摩擦板的最小弹性压缩量的简化计算公式。
Taking the main bridge project of Changqing road viaduct project in Wuhan as an example,the swivel design and construction schemes of extremely unbalanced bridge were introduced in this paper. Combined with the conventional rotation construction method,the special problems in the rotation construction of the extremely unbalanced bridge were analyzed,and the elastic angle of girder at the top of the spherical hinge was determined. According to the structural analysis model and the geometric relationship between the girder and the spherical hinge rotation,the simplified calculation formulas of the distance between the central hole wall of upper spherical hinge and the pin and the minimum elastic compression of friction plate between the upper and lower spherical hinges were derived with partial safety.
