摘要
以蒙华铁路湖南段跨京广铁路转体连续梁为工程依托,详细介绍了钢壳法在繁忙铁路干线上低限界中跨合龙段的应用情况。运用大型有限元软件ANSYS建立了钢混结合段的空间模型,分析了钢壳在混凝土浇筑过程中的应力状态,保证了中跨合龙段混凝土施工的安全。通过建筑信息模型(BIM)技术对钢壳吊装方案进行了模拟演练,提前解决了钢壳吊装阶段的空间冲突问题。利用钢壳施工中跨合龙段,施工速度快,天窗要点时间短,安全隐患大大减少,对以后类似工程施工具有借鉴意义。
Based on the swivel continuous girders in Mengxi-Huazhong railway Hunan section which cross Beijing-Guangzhou railway,this paper introduced in details the application of steel shell method in the middle span closuresection of low limit in busy railway line. By using finite element software ANSYS,the space model of steel-concretecomposite section was built and the stress state of the steel shell during concrete pouring was analyzed to ensure thesafety of concrete construction in the middle span closure section. Through the building information modeling(BIM)technology,the lifting scheme of steel shell was simulated and the problem of space conflict was solved in advance.During the construction of the middle span closure section by using steel shell,the construction speed is fast,the keypoint of window time is short,and the hidden dangers of safety are greatly reduced. It could be served as a reference forsimilar projects in the future.
