济青高速铁路聚氨酯固化道床的动力特性测试分析 被引量:6

摘要 为验证350 km/h高速列车运营条件下聚氨酯固化道床的安全性、振动特性以及道床表面风场分布规律,在济青高速铁路开展了340~385 km/h逐级提速试验。测试结果分析表明:350 km/h高速列车运营条件下聚氨酯固化道床的行车安全性指标满足要求;相比于无砟轨道结构,聚氨酯固化道床具有更好的减振效果,在Z记权条件下其插入损失约为9.4 dB;线路中心正负风压变化最剧烈,是线路横断面中最容易发生道砟飞溅处。 In order to verify the safety and the vibration characteristics of polyurethane curing track bed and wind field distribution on the surface of track bed under the operation condition of 350 km/h high speed train,340 ~ 385 km/h step-by-step speed-up test was carried out in Jinan-Qingdao high speed railway. The test results show that the driving safety index of polyurethane curing track bed under the operation condition of 350 km/h high speed train meets the requirements,polyurethane curing track bed has better damping effect by comparing with ballastless track structure,and its insertion loss is about 9.4 dB under Z-weight condition. The most severe positive and negative wind pressure change is in the line center of track,which is most likely to cause ballast spattering in line cross section.
