摘要
在考虑捣固作业磨合过程的基础上,利用捣固作业改善系数及轨道不平顺指标结构,设计轨道不平顺指标与线路捣固作业质量的相关性分析方法。为说明该方法的有效性,采用神朔铁路河西运输段2014年9月-2016年12月共计31次的轨检车检测数据以及该时段内相应的捣固作业数据进行实例分析,结果表明该方法可以有效分析轨道不平顺各单项指标与线路捣固作业质量的相关性,对改进捣固作业计划的编制方法和提高捣固作业质量具有重要意义。
On the basis of considering the running-in process of tamping operation,the recovery coefficient of tamping operation and track irregularity index structure were used to design the correlation analysis method between track irregularity indexes and quality of ballast tamping operation. To verify the effectiveness of this method,a total of 31 track inspection car historical data and corresponding tamping operation maintenance data of Shenmu-Shuozhou railway Hexi transportation division from September 2014 to December 2016 were used as the cases. The results show that the method can be used to effectively analyze the correlation between each track irregularity index and quality of ballast tamping operation. This method has an important guiding role in improving the decision-making method of tamping operation scheduling and improving the quality of tamping operation.
