摘要 针对现有的道岔钢轨铣削质量检测方案效率低、准确性差的问题,提出铣削质量优化方案。首先,采用钢轨轮廓在线检测系统对加工过程中道岔钢轨的轨头与轨底宽度、钢轨断面轮廓尺寸等参数进行实时采集;然后,由数据处理中心进行数据分析与评估,对不合格位置点加工参数进行模拟优化并与设计参数进行二次比对;最后,将合格的加工参数通过转换模块反馈到数控中心,引导镗铣床加工。通过选取道岔钢轨现场加工对优化方案进行了验证,结果表明该优化方案能提高道岔钢轨的铣削质量。 According to the low efficiency and poor accuracy of the existing detection scheme of turnout rail millingquality,the optimization scheme of milling quality was proposed. First of all,the parameters of rail head and rail bottomwidth and rail profile size etc. were collected during course of working in real time by using rail profile online detectionsystem. Then,the data analysis and evaluation were carried out by the data processing center,and the processingparameters of unqualified position points were simulated and optimized,and secondary comparison with designparameters was implemented. Finally,the qualified processing parameters were fed back to the computerized numericalcontrol center through the conversion module to guide the boring and milling machine processing. The optimizationscheme is verified by selecting on-site turnout rail processing,and the results show that this optimization scheme canimprove the milling quality of turnout rail.
