Analysis of foreign mining capital market and enlightenment to China

美国、加拿大、澳大利亚等西方国家矿业资本市场高度发达。本文重点分析了发达国家矿业资本市场的参与主体包括勘查公司、矿业公司、证券交易所、中介服务机构、金融投资机构等,分别介绍了证券交易所、中介服务机构、金融投资机构的情况,并分析了它们在矿业项目中所发挥的不同作用。对比国内外矿业资本市场情况,提出了我国矿业资本市场的发展建议。

Western countries such as the United States,Canada and Australia have highly developed mining capital markets.This paper focuses on the analysis of participants in the mining capital market in developed countries,including exploration companies,mining companies,stock exchanges,intermediary services institutions,financial investment institutions and so on.This paper introduces stock exchanges,intermediary service institutions and financial investment institutions respectively,and analyzes their different roles in mining projects.Compared with the situation of mining capital market domestic and abroad,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of mining capital market in China.
