摘要
近年来,我国成人和青少年的超重/肥胖率逐年攀升,由此造成的直接经济负担已达几百亿元,预防和治疗国民的超重/肥胖刻不容缓。减重治疗包括生活方式(膳食和体育运动)调整、内科药物治疗、外科手术治疗等多种手段,其中,科学合理的营养治疗联合运动干预仍是目前最有效、最安全的基础治疗措施。本文就当前流行的几种与减重相关的膳食模式(如限制能量平衡膳食、高蛋白膳食和间歇性禁食)进行论述,以期为临床医生制订饮食计划提供参考。
In recent years,the overweight/obesity rate of adults and adolescents in China has increased dramatically.The direct economic burden caused by obesity co-morbidities has reached tens of billions of dollars.It is urgent to prevent and treat the overweight/obesity of the people.Anti-obesity treatments include lifestyle medication(nutritional advice and physical activity counselling),anti-obesity drug(s)and bariatric surgery.Among them,scientific and rational nutrition therapy combined with physical activity counselling is still the most effective and safe basic treatment.This article discusses the current popular weight loss-related dietary patterns such as calorie restrict diet,high protein diet,and intermittent fasting,in order to provide a reference for everyone to make a diet plan.
