社会医疗保险对农村居民消费的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Social Medical Insurance on Rural Residents’ Consumption

文章利用中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)2010年和2012年的数据,运用固定效应模型与双重差分方法(DID),定量分析了新农合对农村居民消费的影响。结果显示,农民参保具有促进消费和增加家庭生产性投入的作用;同时,新农合的补助比例促进了农村居民的消费水平。据此,提出完善补偿机制、提高补偿比例、加大宣传力度、开展政策学习等的建议。

Based on the data of China Family Follow-up Survey(CFPS) in 2010 and 2012, this paper quantitatively analyzes the impact of NRCMS on rural residents’ consumption by using fixed effect model and double difference method(DID). The results show that farmers’ participation in insurance can promote consumption and increase household productive input. At the same time, the proportion of new rural cooperative medical assistance promotes the consumption level of rural residents. Accordingly, it puts forward suggestions to improve the compensation mechanism, the proportion of compensation and publicity efforts, and carry out policy learning.
