参芪益母膏质量标准的提升研究

Improvement of Quality Standard for Shenqi Yimu Ointment

为完善和提高参芪益母膏的质量标准,增加盐酸益母草碱、黄芪甲苷含量指标成分,建立了测定盐酸益母草碱及黄芪甲苷含量的方法。结果表明测定盐酸益母草碱、黄芪甲苷分別在7.00~42.00 mg·L^-1(r=0.9999)和0.646~3.230μg(r=0.9997)时,与峰面积的线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.44%(RSD值为0.41%)和99.04%(RSD值为0.95%)。本文建立的参芪益母膏的HPLC及HPLC-ELSD法具有高精度和良好的重复性,可用于参芪益母膏的质量控制。

In order to improve the quality standard of Shenqi Yimu Ointment,and increase the content of leonurine hydrochloride and astragaloside,a method for the determination of leonurine hydrochloride and astragaloside was established.The linear relationship between leonurine hydrochloride and astragaloside was good at 7.00~42.00 mg·L^-1(r=0.9999)and 0.646~3.230μg(r=0.9997),respectively.The average recovery rates were 99.44%(RSD 0.41%)and 99.04%(RSD 0.95%).The established method of HPLC and HPLC-ELSD for Shenqi Yimu Ointment has high accuracy and good repeatability,and can be used for the quality control of Shenqi Yimu Ointment.
