摘要
班级生态系统是青少年学习生活重要的社交背景,在学生学业发展的过程中起着重要作用。近年来诸多学者的研究方向主要聚焦于师生互动系统对同伴生态系统的单向影响,而忽视了班级生态系统内,师生互动与同伴交往之间影响的交互作用。采取三阶段分层PPS抽样调查法,对湖南省882个样本学生的同伴关系、师生关系与数学学业水平进行测量,通过结构方程模型对班级生态系统与学生学业水平之间的关系进行探讨。研究结果表明,同伴关系与师生关系可以相互影响,且同伴关系对师生关系的影响大于师生关系对同伴关系的影响。师生关系在同伴关系与学生学业水平之间起到完全中介作用。不同性别之间,班级生态系统对学生学业水平的影响机制也大有不同,对于男生而言,师生关系对同伴关系的影响不再显著,对于女生而言,师生关系对同伴关系和学业水平的影响更强。
The classroom ecosystem is an important social background for adolescents to learn and live,which plays an important role in the development of students'academic development.In recent years,the researches have been focused on the one-way impact of teacher-student ecosystem on peer(student-student)ecosystem,while the interaction between teacher-student relationship and peer relationship within the classroom ecosystem has been ignored.In this paper,the method of stratified three-stage sampling with PPS was adopted to measure the peer relationship,the teacher-student relationship and the mathematics academic outcomes of the 882 sample students in Hunan province,exploring the relationship between classroom ecosystem and students'academic outcomes based on the structural equation model.The results show that peer relationship and teacher-student relationship of the adolescents can affect each other,and that the impact of peer relationship on teacher-student relationship is greater than the impact of teacher-student relationship on peer relationship.The effect of peer relationship on students’academic outcomes is completely mediated through teacher-student relationship.The impact of classroom ecosystem on students'academic outcomes is also different between genders.For boys,the impact of teacher-student relationship on peer relationship is not significant,while for girls,the impact of teacher-student relationship on peer relationship and academic outcomes is stronger.
