烟台产区酿酒葡萄投入产出分析

Input and Output Analysis of Wine Grape in Yantai Production Area

摘要 为进一步使烟台产区酿酒葡萄实现可持续发展,利用数据包络模型(DEA)进行烟台产区酿酒葡萄投入产出分析。以烟台产区最具代表性的四个子产区的劳动力价格、土地成本、农用机械费用、化肥费用、农药费用为投入指标,以酿酒葡萄总产值为产出指标。测算结果显示蓬莱市、龙口市、莱州市的投入产出规模已达最优,投入产出均衡。开发区因地理位置,用工成本等自然及社会原因,还存在投入冗杂的问题,需进一步实现资源优化配置。 In order to realize the sustainable development of Yantai wine grape regions, data envelopment analysis(DEA) was used to do Yantai wine grape regions’ s input-output analysis. The labor price, land costs, agricultural machinery cost, fertilizer cost and the pesticide cost of the most representative regions of Yantai,were used as input indexes. Wine grape output value was used as the output indicator.The results showed that the scale of input and output in Penglai, Longkou and Laizhou had reached the optimal level and the balance of input and output. Due to the geographical location, labor costs and other natural and social reasons, the development zone still had the problem of miscellaneous investment, which needed to further realize the optimal allocation of resources.
