降低陶坛库内酒精分子浓度的探索

摘要 根据酒精分子挥发的理论,运用酒精分子浓度控制方法,采用陶坛库内防爆风机在各种状态及条件下设定参数,加大库内空气流通循环通风,达到最佳安全状态,以解决库内通风问题;同时对基酒储存封坛过程进行密封改造,减少酒体挥发;在转坛过程中加放防护罩、等措施来降低陶坛库内酒精分子的浓度。 This study is the theory of volatile alcohol molecules,using alcohol molecule concentration control method,the rolls in pottery jars explosion-proof fan under the condition of various states and setting parameters,increase air circulation circulation ventilation,to achieve the best security status,to solve the problem of the rolls ventilation;Process of base liquor storage FengTan sealing renovation at the same time,reduce volatile wine;In turn adding put shield to the altar,and other measures to reduce the concentration of the alcohol molecules Chambers pottery jars.
