摘要 智能装甑成套设备可以完成装甑过程中的自动供料、均匀布料、见湿盖料、低处填补、逐层布料等工作。同时通过红外感温技术对料面的温度及高度进行实时监控,将数据传给机器人,接收指令并完成工作。通过智能装甑与人工装甑的酒醅蒸馏效果对比研究,比较两者装甑方式在产量、优级酒比例及对酒醅中主体香成分(己酸乙酯)的提取方面产生的影响。 Intelligent retort complete sets of equipment could be completed in the process of retort automatic feeding, uniform cloth, see wet cover material, low fill, layer by layer cloth and so on. At the same time, the temperature and height of the material surface were monitored in real time through the infrared temperature sensing technology, and the data were transmitted to the robot to receive instructions and complete the work. Through the comparative study of distilled grains distillation effects in intelligent retort and human retort, the effects of retort methods on production, proportion of superior liquor, and extraction of main aromatic components(ethyl caproate) in fermented grains were compared.
