摘要
目的以福建省厦门市创建中医示范市为契机,结合厦门市多年的卫生信息化实践成果,建设具有地方特色的区域中医门诊电子病历云。方法通过部署区域中医门诊电子病历云,开发中医智能辅助决策应用,将基层医疗卫生机构和中医综合医院连接。利用中医综合医院的优势,提高基层中医疾病的诊疗水平。结果实现了电子病历书写、病历质量管理、中医诊疗信息上报、中医辅助诊疗应用及区域协同诊疗等功能。结论该系统可显著提升基层区域医疗机构的中医诊疗信息化水平。
Objective Taking Xiamen’s Chinese medicine demonstration city as an example,this paper introduced the practice of establishing an electronic medical record cloud of Chinese medicine outpatient service with local characteristics.Methods By deploying the regional TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)outpatient electronic medical record cloud,developing the application of Chinese medicine intelligent decision,the grassroots healthcare institutions are connected with the TCM hospitals.The advantages of TCM hospitals will be fully taken to improve the disease diagnosis and treatment level of the doctors in grassroots institutions.Results It has realized the digitalization and quality management of medical record,the report and assisted application of TCM diagnosis and treatment information,and regional collaborations in diagnosis and treatment.Conclusion The system has significantly improved the level of TCM diagnosis and treatment informatization in grassroots health institutions.
