摘要
为提升车辆怠速舒适性和品质感,提出了整车怠速不规则抖动的控制方法并进行了试验研究。通过整车振动试验和发动机性能参数测试,明确了整车怠速不规则抖动形成机理,从激励源和传递路径两方面进行优化设计,提出改进方案,并对优化前、后的整车振动进行对比测试,结果表明,优化后振动幅值降低70%,主观评价得分提升2分,整车不规则抖动现象得到明显改善。
In order to improve the vehicle idle comfort and the perceptive quality,the control method is proposed and experimental study on vehicle idle irregular vibration is carried out.Firstly,the vehicle vibration and the engine performance parameters are tested.The mechanism of the vehicle idle irregular vibration is determined.Excitation source and transfer path are optimized,and an improvement plan is proposed.At last,vibration of the original vehicle and the optimized one are compared and tested.The results show that the vibration amplitude of the optimized vehicle is reduced by 70%,the subjective evaluation score is increased by 2 points,the vehicle idle irregular vibration is improved significantly.
