Construction of Subject Knowledge Service Capability System of University Libraries Driven by "Double-first-class"

【目的/意义】一流学科建设是国家高等教育的重要战略部署,作为高校重要的教学科研支撑中心,高校图书馆学科知识服务能力体系建设应与一流学科建设需求精准对接,实现学科知识服务能力流程、内容、模式的重构。【方法/过程】通过优化顶层设计,构建学科文献信息资源保障体系,组建专业高效的学科服务团队,创新学科服务运行模式,创建学科服务联盟共享平台,开发实体与虚拟共享空间,实现嵌入科研、教学、决策支持服务全程的智慧型学科知识服务精准推送。【结果/结论】通过严谨规范的学科知识服务能力体系的构建,助力图书馆服务转型升级,为高校调整优化学科架构、促进持续健康发展提供对策指引,实现我国高校一流学科建设的内涵式跨越发展。

【Purpose/significance】 The construction of first-class disciplines is an important strategic deployment of national higher education. As an important teaching and research support center in universities, the construction of subject knowledge service capability system in university libraries should be precisely connected with the demand of first-class subject construction to realize the reconstruction of the process, content and mode of disciplinary knowledge service capacity.【Method/process】Through optimizing the top-level design, constructing the guarantee system of subject literature information resources, setting up professional and efficient subject service team, innovating the operation mode of subject service,creating the sharing platform of subject service alliance, developing entity and virtual shared space, we can provide Omnidirectional and high-quality professional accurate delivery of knowledge services to realize the intelligent subject knowledge support services embedded in the whole process of scientific research, teaching and decision support services.【Result/conclusion】Through the construction of the rigorous and standard discipline knowledge service ability system, the transformation and upgrading of library service will be facilitated. The countermeasures and guidance will be provided for the adjustment and optimization of discipline structure and the promotion of sustainable and healthy development of universities,so as to realize the connotative leap-forward development of the first-class discipline construction of universities in China.
