基于信息利用的后MOOCs时代高校人才培养新范式理论与实践研究 被引量:7

Research on the Theory and Application of New Pattern for the Talent Cultivation in Universities Based on the era of Information Utilization Post-MOOCs

摘要 【目的/意义】MOOCs的到来深刻改变了当今高等教育的格局。人才培养是高校教育的核心任务,而信息时代的到来,高校的人才培养能否借MOOCs的浪潮在互联网+的海洋里稳步前行?【方法/过程】本文首先分析了MOOCs成功所基于的教育学理论基础,同时又对其弊端做了深入的剖析,针对后MOOCs时代的典型教学模式SPOC进行深入剖析,提出了基于MOOCs特征的人才培养模式,使教育方式多样性、学习过程自主性、教学手段丰富性、学习内容进步性成为人才培养特征。【结果/结论】针对高等学校,特别是普通地方高校人才培养体系中不同的课程类别提出了相适应的MOOCs融入新模式。 【Purpose/significance】The arrival of MOOCs is changing the education pattern. Talent cultivation is the core task of university education. Can talent cultivation develop with MOOCs in the internet situation?【Methods/process】The paper analyzed the education theory base on the success and the disadvantages of MOOCs. On analyzing the SPOC mode deeply, the paper put forward the talent cultivation mode basing on the characteristics of MOOCs. The characteristics of takent cultiration was also summarized.【Result/conclusion】According to different courses,the paper put forward the corresponding teaching mode with MOOCs for universities,especially for ordinary local higher learning institutions.
