【目的/意义】研究智能时代信息伦理的困境,厘清信息伦理认知误区,能够为智能时代信息伦理健康发展指明方向,让技术更好地服务于经济社会发展和人民美好生活。【方法/过程】通过信息伦理问题具体表现及产生成因分析,寻找信息伦理治理的有效策略。【结果/结论】智能时代信息伦理的治理应从重塑科学的信息伦理观,提高公民信息伦理意识;加强信息伦理技术层面融合性研究;理论与实证相结合寻求信息伦理问题解决的切入点;强化社会监督(舆论引导和道德教化)对信息伦理的引领作用四个方面进行。

【Purpose/significance】To study the dilemma of information ethic in the intelligent age, clarify the misunderstanding of information ethic cognition, and point out the direction for the healthy development of information ethic in the intelligent age, so that technology can better serve the economic and social development and people’s better life.【Method/process】By analyzing the specific manifestations and causes of information ethics problems, effective strategies for information ethic governance are sought.【Result/conclusion】The governance of information ethic in the intelligent age should remodel scientific information ethic and improve citizens’ awareness of information ethic. Strengthen the integration research of information ethic technology. From the perspective of combining theory and demonstration, the author seeks the breakthrough point to solve the problem of information ethic. Strengthening social supervision(public opinion guidance and moral education) plays a leading role in four aspects of information ethic.
