摘要
为了回收利用钛铁渣,以板状刚玉、钛铝酸钙细粉和活性氧化铝微粉CL370为主要原料,铝酸钙水泥(Secar 71)为结合剂,聚羧酸类减水剂ADS和ADW为分散剂,制备了高铝浇注料。研究了钛铁渣制备的钛铝酸钙加入量(加入质量分数分别为0、4%、8%、12%和16%)对浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:钛铝酸钙的引入可以促进材料的烧结,提高体积密度和抗热震性能,但同时会在一定程度上降低浇注料材料的高温力学性能。综合考虑,钛铝酸钙的最佳加入量(w)为4%。
In order to recycle titanium iron slag,calcium alumino-titanate(CAT)was prepared from titanium iron slag.High alumina castables were prepared using tabular corundum,CAT fine powder and active alumina micropowder CL370 as main starting materials,calcium aluminate cement(Secar71)as the binder,and polycarboxylic acid water reducers ADS and ADW as the dispersive agents.Effect of CAT addition(0,4%,8%,12%,and 16%,by mass)on properties of the castables was researched.The results show that:the addition of CAT can promote the sintering of the castables,increase the bulk density,and the thermal shock resistance,while reduce the high temperature mechanical properties of the castables to some extent.The optimal addition of CAT is 4%.
