半岛的朝鲜民族是命运多舛的民族。特别是第二次世界大战后的冷战思维,美国一直把朝鲜半岛地缘政治作为一种工具,搞“边缘的地带战略”,在日本、韩国驻军,构建亚洲“小北约”,企图控制朝鲜和整个东北亚。现已进入21世纪,和平共处,和平发展,和平共建人类命运共同体已成时代主流。当下美国也意识到尊重朝鲜核心利益的必要性,否则逆全球发展大潮而动的同时难保自身安全。朝鲜民族在挫折苦难中已形成忧患意识,一直待机东山再起。正逢当今世界与朝鲜唇齿相依的中国的崛起,给朝鲜半岛特别是朝鲜的开放发展提供了政治安全上的依托和社会发展上的经验,使朝鲜弃核有了底气,向外界开放也有经验可鉴。朝鲜正把握着自己民族的命运,逐渐自觉地融入世界命运共同体的构建中,为和平发展创造条件。尽管有各种对立因素的存在,尽管消除比消灭对立因素的过程要长,但这恰恰蕴含着朝鲜半岛为永久的和平发展创造可期待的愿景。和平发展是朝鲜半岛历史发展的必由之路。

The Korean people on the Korean Peninsula have been ill-fated,especially since the end of World WarⅡwhen the cold war mentality became prevalent.The United States has been using the geopolitics of the Korean Peninsula as a tool to engage in the u marginal zone strategyn,stationing troops in Japan and the Republic of Korea,building a Small Asian NATO,and trying to control the DPRK and the whole Northeastern Asia.In the 21 st century,peaceful coexistence,peaceful development and peaceful building of a community with a shared future for mankind have become the mainstream of our times.The United States is now aware of the necessity to respect North Korea1 s core interests,otherwise it will not be able to protect its own security while bucking the trend of global development.The Korean nation has cultivated the consciousness of unexpected hardships in their setbacks and sufferings,which has accumulated into the Tao,and the Tao has become a natural law.The Korean nation has long been waiting for an opportunity to stage a comeback.At the same time,the rise of China,which is closely linked to the DPRK,has provided the Korean Peninsula,especially the DPRK,with political and security support and experience in social development,giving the DPRK a solid foundation to abandon its nuclear program and also offering it some experience to refer to in opening up to the outside world.The DPRK is grasping the destiny of its own nation,gradually integrating into the construction of a community with a shared future in the world in a self-conscious manner,and creating conditions for peaceful development.Despite the existence of various contradictory factors,and despite the fact that the process of their removal will be longer than the process of their elimination,it implies that the Korean Peninsula can create a hopeful vision for permanent peaceful development.Peaceful development is the inevitable path for the historical development of the Korean Peninsula.
