有机胺法制备液体SO2装置的工艺设计和设备选型

介绍了云锡文山锌铟冶炼有限公司有机胺法制备液体SO2装置的设计特点和设备选型情况。装置采用硫酸尾气和部分未转化烟气生产液体SO2,采用有机胺法吸收并解吸出高浓度SO2气体,再经洗涤、干燥、压缩、冷却制备液体SO2。

The design features and equipment selection of liquid SO2 preparation device by organic amine method in Yunxi Wenshan Zinc and Indium Smelting Co.,Ltd.are introduced.The plant uses sulphuric acid tail gas and some untransformed off-gas to produce liquid SO2.High concentration SO2 gas is absorbed and desorbed by organic amine method.The liquid SO2 is prepared by washing,drying,compressing and cooling.
