硫酸装置低温位热能用于液氨蒸发的实践

摘要 云南云天化股份有限公司云峰分公司结合现有硫酸装置闲置空地的条件,通过新增加氨蒸发装置,将二吸酸冷却器由循环水换热改为脱盐水换热,充分利用熔硫、保温蒸汽及冷凝水的热量和二吸酸的热能,进行液氨蒸发,满足云峰公司产品生产用气氨需求。回收利用硫酸低温位热能,将装置的热利用率由94%提高到98%左右。采用脱盐水闭路循环蒸氨,可降低循环水冷却用量,减少循环水电耗和工艺水的补充量。 Yunfeng Branch of Yunnan Yuntianhua Co.,Ltd.combines the idle space condition of existing sulphuric acid plant,through adding new ammonia evaporation device,changes the heat transfer mode of secondary acid absorber from circulating water to desalted water,and makes full use of the heat energy of secondary acid absorber and molten sulphur,heat preservation steam and condensate water to evaporate liquid ammonia.To meet the demand of gas and ammonia for Yunfeng Company’s product production,to recover and utilize the heat of sulphuric acid,increase the heat utilization rate of the plant from 94%to 98%.Closed-circuit ammonia evaporation with desalted water can reduce the cooling with circulating water,and reduce the power consumption of circulating water and the supplement of process water.
