摘要
介绍了天水华瑞热力有限公司3台29 MW燃煤锅炉提标改造工程概况。此次提标改造采用动力波洗涤脱硫除尘一体化工艺,以氢氧化钙为吸收剂,脱硫塔塔顶设置湿式静电除尘器,脱硝采用臭氧氧化法脱硝工艺。项目生产过程随时随地监控,实行信息化管理。项目投产运行后运行稳定,外排烟气ρ(SO2)为20 mg/m^3、ρ(NOx)为156 mg/m^3、烟尘(ρ)为26 mg/m^3,起到了很好的示范作用,为后续的项目推广奠定了基础。
The general situation of the upgrading project of three 29 MW coal-fired boilers in Tianshui Huarui Thermal Power Co.,Ltd is introduced.The upgrading and renovation adopted the integrated process of dynamic wave washing desulfurization and dust removal with calcium hydroxide as absorbent,wet electrostatic precipitator was installed on the top of desulfurization tower,and ozone oxidation process was adopted for denitrification.Project production process is monitored at any time and anywhere,and information management is implemented.After putting into operation,the project runs steadily,and the exhaust flue gas ρ(SO2) is 20 mg/m3,ρ(NOx) is 156 mg/m^3,and the smoke and dust is 26 mg/m^3.It has played a good demonstration role and laid a foundation for the follow-up project promotion.
