基础与借鉴:陕甘宁边区军事工业对新中国工业发展贡献刍议

Foundations and Experiences: Contributions of the Military Industry in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region to New China’s Industrial Development

1937年全面抗战爆发后,陕甘宁边区在土地革命时期红军兵工厂的基础上,充分吸纳战时各方面人才和资源,迅速建立起小而全的军事工业体系。这一体系除了源源不断地为抗日斗争提供枪支弹药,特别是枪弹、炮弹、手榴弹外,也为陕甘宁边区经济建设准备了一支生力军。同时,军事工业在长期不懈的奋斗中,摸索出一套公有企业管理办法,培养了一大批中国共产党自己的企业领导干部,从而成为新中国军事工业、乃至整个新中国工业建设的摇篮。

After the outbreak of the Total Resistance in 1937,a small-and-comprehensive military industry system had been quickly set up in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region,which was based on the Red Army munitions factory during the Agrarian Revolution War Period,and on the talents and resources from different fields.Besides constant arsenal supplies for the Anti-Japanese battles,including guns,bullets and hand grenades,this system also prepared a production force for the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region economy.At the same time,the military industry has explored an administration system of state-owned enterprises in the longtime struggle,and cultivated numerous enterprise cadres under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.It soon evolved into a training base of New China military industry,and even whole industrial construction of New China.
