摘要
丹江口库区某污水处理厂现状设计规模为1.5×104 m 3/d,二级处理采用循环式活性污泥法(CASS)工艺,出水水质执行国标一级B标准。提标改造工程设计规模为3.0×104 m 3/d,二级处理采用AAO/MBR工艺,设计出水水质执行准地表IV类水标准(TN≤15 mg/L,SS≤10 mg/L)。文中介绍了该工程的技术路线和改造经验、MBR膜池系统组成和设计要点、工程投资和经济分析,可供其他类似工程参考。
Cyclic activated sludge system(CASS)is used as the secondary-treatment process in a WWTP in Danjiangkou Reservoir area.The existing design capacity is 1.5×104 m 3/d and effluent quality meets the first grade B criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002).The design capacity will be increased to 3.0×104 m 3/d after upgrading and AAO/MBR processes are adopted.The effluent quality is required to meet Class IV criteria specified in Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838—2002)(TN≤15 mg/L,SS≤10 mg/L).Systematic exploration of treatment process,upgrading experience,composition and design essentials of MBR process,as well as project investment and operation cost are conducted in present work,which can provide references for related applications.
